Plenty of inside seating and really thoughtful wait staff. Not a lot of menu options, though. The verde pizza was the best !!

This is the best pizza in Seattle! It’s rich, flavorful, perfectly salty and addictive. We love wood fired pizza and the menu here provides to perfect amount of choices, though we usually go for our favorites- the verde and cacio e pepe, and for our kid, the margarita. But don’t skimp on the sides- the heavenly vegetables and salads each have a unique flavor profile, accented by a schmear or a sprinkle of herbs, a grind of nuts or breadcrumbs, seasonal and always super fresh. We scrape these plates before they go back to the kitchen. Try the carrots and ricotta, and the romaine salad with croutons can’t be beat. Cora is great for a date or a family dinner, weeknight or weekend, with a nice wine list, a few beers on tap, and good house cocktails. I love the simplicity here: beautiful tastes and flavors that shine through uniquely in each dish, an uncomplicated but full menu, delicious pizza, great veggies and salad, genuine and friendly service which is hard to find in the neighborhood -with included tips. The seating gives lots of options- a private spacious booth, open long tables for a crowd, bar seats with windows for the solo eater.

It’s nice to have a joint nearby with some Italian bite options since Italian is not as common here compared to elsewhere. Had the rigatoni with some wine and the other half had a type of spaghetti-puttanesca. I wish the wine was cheaper but it’s a quaint place with a nice atmosphere for a date near the Hill on 12th.

Cora is a gem of a restaurant in every way. It has a welcoming atmosphere, friendly staff, and incredible food (one of those menu's where you just want to order everything). Thank you for a great evening, I look forward to coming back!

I’ve now had two absolutely wonderful dinners here and I cannot recommend it enough! The pizzas (especially the cacio e pepe one) are perfectly cooked and come with ample, delicious toppings. The pastas are all equally as wonderful, I suggest ordering a selection of each for your table! Oh and the white bean dip appetizer is a revelation — don’t skip it! Got a chance to chat with the owners and they were so kind and funny and clearly love what they do!

We loved it here. Everyone was super kind and food was top. The artichoke dip was tasteful and delicious, the arugula salad was creative with well balanced ingredients that brought in the mouth the Gorgonzola taste and the nuts texture. The pizza? Great, not too much, not too much, with ingredients that could be noticed and combined well. We will be back.
